Do Not Sell or Share Notice

The service is operated by SZLK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16843016, with registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. References to "SZLK", "we", "us", or "our" mean SZLK LTD unless a product-specific supplement states otherwise.

This document is designed as the ecosystem-level legal text for SZLK products. A product may add a product-specific supplement for its service description, data flows, pricing model, content risks, or jurisdictional scope. If there is a conflict, the product-specific supplement applies only to that product and only to the extent of the stated conflict.

The shared SZLK position is that SZLK products do not sell personal information for money and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. If a product-specific supplement states a different practice, that supplement must provide the required notice and opt-out mechanism before the practice begins.

Some US state privacy laws give residents the right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. This notice gives users a clear place to understand SZLK's position and submit a preference if the relevant product provides a form.

An opt-out preference, where submitted, applies to the product and identifiers that can reasonably be matched to the user, account, browser, device, or email submitted. It does not stop necessary processing for security, fraud prevention, payment processing, legal compliance, product delivery, or user-requested services.

Where a product supports legally recognised browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control, it should treat the signal as an opt-out for that browser where required by applicable law.

The product may offer a Do Not Sell/Share form, privacy request form, cookie preference centre, account setting, or email route. The action, storage, confirmation, and identity matching remain in the product experience.

If a product begins selling or sharing personal information as defined by an applicable law, using targeted advertising, or materially changing third-party data use, the product must update this notice, the privacy policy, cookie policy, and user controls before or at the time the practice starts.

SZLK will not unlawfully discriminate against users who exercise opt-out rights. Some personalised or advertising-funded features may be unavailable if they depend on the processing that the user has opted out of.
