Refund Policy

Speed is precious in war, but so is fairness. Our supply settlement protocol is designed to protect the interests of every general.
1. 7-Day 'Pre-Combat' Cooling-Off Period
New generals may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of their initial subscription if they find the reconnaissance results unsatisfactory and have not performed large-scale data exports. Once an account has triggered more than 50 deep stratagem generations, it is considered deep usage and is non-refundable.
2. Financial Handling of Command Revocation
You may cancel your renewal in the settings at any time. After cancellation, supplies for the current billing cycle will continue until the end of the period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time that has already been billed.
3. Special Exceptions
Accounts automatically banned by the system for violating the User Agreement (e.g., used for cross-platform harassment) will not be eligible for any return of pre-paid supply fees.
4. Settlement Process
All refund requests must be initiated by sending an email to [email protected]. Funds will be returned via the original payment method (Stripe). Bank processing time is typically 5-10 business days; please wait patiently for frequency feedback.
