SeeVoid Product Legal Supplement

Effective date: 8 July 2026

This file records SeeVoid-specific product facts and applies together with the other legal documents on this site.

SeeVoid Product Scope

SeeVoid is an AI-assisted social listening, public-signal research, and intent marketing platform operated at seevoid.com. Its product experience includes product DNA analysis, battlefield selection, public signal scouting, AI-generated strategy cards, precision outreach links, campaign tracking, reports, subscriptions, and usage-based access limits.

How This Supplement Works

This supplement is a separate SeeVoid legal file. It does not amend each SZLK ecosystem legal document line by line. Instead, it records the SeeVoid-specific facts that complete the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie/Tracking Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Data Rights Notice, Do Not Sell or Share Notice, and AI and Entertainment Disclaimer.

Account, Subscription, and Access Data

SeeVoid may process account email, password/session state, Passport-linked identity state, name, region, birthday where provided, timezone, invite code, inviter relationship, subscription tier, subscription status, trial dates, subscription end dates, Stripe customer identifiers, Stripe subscription identifiers, API key records, and monthly usage counters.

Product, Battlefield, and Public Signal Data

SeeVoid stores user-submitted product names, product URLs, descriptions, AI-analyzed selling points, audience personas, competitors, keywords, selected battlefields, battlefield URLs and types, monitoring intervals, scouting status, public signal URLs, titles, text content, authors where provided by the source, publication timestamps, quality scores, and generated strategies.

Public-Signal and Platform Responsibility Boundary

SeeVoid is designed for public web and community signals. Users are responsible for choosing lawful research targets, respecting third-party platform rules, reviewing generated outreach before use, and ensuring that any response, reply, or campaign action complies with the rules of the destination platform and applicable law.

AI Processing for Research and Strategy Generation

SeeVoid sends the minimum context needed for product analysis, public-signal search, content extraction, community discovery, and strategy generation to Cloudapi project routing, which may route requests to approved upstream providers. AI requests may include product descriptions, selected public URLs, public signal text, keywords, battlefield metadata, and user-requested strategy context.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Entitlements

SeeVoid uses Stripe Checkout for paid subscription access and Stripe Billing Portal for customer subscription management. Paid tiers currently include Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise with monthly or yearly billing. Checkout requires an authenticated user. Stripe processes card/payment details; SeeVoid records customer, subscription, tier, billing-cycle, entitlement, and usage-limit state in its database.

Delivery and Refund Facts

For subscriptions, delivery occurs when Stripe confirms payment and SeeVoid unlocks the account tier, usage limits, scouting capacity, export capability, API access, or related entitlement. Refund handling should consider whether the subscription tier was unlocked, scouting or strategy generation was used, data was exported, API access was used, or campaign/tracking links were created.

Tracking Links and Analytics Events

SeeVoid can create short tracking links for approved strategies. Tracking links store the target URL, short code, linked product, signal, strategy, user, and expiry date. Tracking events may record event type, metadata, hashed IP address, browser type derived from user agent, referer, and optional geolocation fields where available.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Consent

SeeVoid currently stores cookie consent choices in browser local storage under `cookie-consent`. The product also uses authentication/session mechanisms and may use necessary cookies or storage for login, security, routing, PWA behavior, and service operation. Advertising sale/share tracking is not part of the confirmed implementation.

Storage and Retention Notes

SeeVoid stores account, session, subscription, product, battlefield, public signal, strategy, tracking link, tracking event, usage, API key, invitation, and scout run records in a PostgreSQL database accessed through Prisma. Tracking links are created with an expiry date of 90 days. Account-linked records may remain available until deletion, retention rules, security needs, fraud prevention, accounting duties, or dispute handling require removal or continued retention.

Material Service Providers

SeeVoid uses PostgreSQL with Prisma for database records, SZLK Passport and local session/JWT mechanisms for authentication flows, Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, customer portal, and payment webhooks, Cloudapi for AI, search, extraction, and community discovery routing, GitOps-managed infrastructure for production hosting, and Cloudapi-managed email capability for account emails where configured.

No Guaranteed Marketing, Legal, or Financial Outcome

SeeVoid outputs, signal rankings, opportunity analyses, strategy cards, outreach drafts, and reports are decision-support materials for marketing operations. They do not guarantee traffic, revenue, ranking, conversion, platform acceptance, legal compliance for a specific campaign, or financial outcome.
